CNC Machining

We use the Autodesk PowerShape / PowerMill suite of CAD / CAM software, having 2 PowerShape Pro seats which we use for manipulating customers 3D CAD files, and producing 3D CAD models from customers 2D design drawings / sketches. Additionally we have a Delcam PowerMill seat, used for programming our 4 vertical machining centres, AlphaCam software which we use to programme our 2 CNC lathes and also Rhino 3D.

Being able to program toolpaths quickly off the machines helps us to specialise in one off, low volume and short run CNC machining and turning.
